Under this partnership, iZen serves as the SkillBridge training provider, delivering a structured curriculum and maintaining full program oversight in accordance with DoD SkillBridge requirements. Cynergists participates as a host employer, providing a real-world commercial environment where SkillBridge participants can apply learned concepts through supervised, experiential learning aligned to approved training objectives.
